This project involved the migration and redevelopment of the website for the Manitoba Soil Science Society, a Canadian scientific organization dedicated to soil research, education, and professional collaboration. The goal was to modernize the website infrastructure while preserving existing content, design familiarity, and organizational functionality.
The scope included migration to Astra Pro Theme, custom WordPress template development, creation of calculators and converters, technical SEO setup, and accessibility optimization. The website was built using WordPress, Astra Pro Theme, Spectra blocks, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to ensure flexibility and long-term maintainability.
